This is really important. Dog’s shed heat by panting (instead of sweating) - they expel moisture and heat as they pant and if that humid air stays around them, they will no longer cool down but will instead heat up even more, and become dehydrated at their body tries even harder to get rid of heat through panting.
A dog can get heatstroke out in the open if they are panting too heavily and making the air around them too humid and stuffy - they need to be moved (if possible). If that can happen to a dog sitting out in the open think about how much worse it would be within an enclose space like a car. Hyperthermia will kill a dog and it is a terrible way to go.
dont leave your dog in your car you pricks
I have had the misfortune of seeing a dead dog inside of a car one summer. This is a crime, please do not let this slid if you see it.
PLEASE ALSO NOTE, AS STATED IN THE FIRST COMMENT, THAT THIS HAPPENS DUE TO LACK OF AIR MOVEMENT
YOUR DOG CAN DIE FROM HEATSTROKE IN THE OPEN OR IN YOUR HOME
PLEASE KEEP YOUR WINDOWS OPEN AND A FAN ON DURING HOT SUMMER DAYS TO KEEP YOUR DOG SAFE WHILE YOURE AWAY!!!!

You know, the thing that’s always bugged me the most about the whole ‘Merrill-Marethari-mirror’ plot in Dragon Age is how little we as Hawke get to point out that the real root of the entire problem isn’t Merrill or demons and their deals. It’s Marethari. Not even on the friendship path where Hawke can actually agree with her intentions with it.
Oh, the mirror’s a problem, sure. But it’s not the core problem. It’s really just the catalyst for the rest of the situation. The real problem of Merrill’s entire story in DA2 is that Marethari is determined to treat Merrill like a child, an invalid, someone who cannot make choices for herself. And it’s something that really does become clear as the acts progress, and it’s a far bigger problem for Merrill’s development than that bloody mirror. But we never really get to address Marethari’s failings.

WHY DIDN’T YOU LAUGH AT THAT PART. *LOOKS OVER* HOW CAN YOU BE TEXTING RIGHT NOW! I’M REWINDING IT. YOU HAVE TO WATCH THIS PART PROPERLY
Hnnngh there are certain films I have to think twice about who to share them with

I love Emilia Clarke. In my opinion, there couldn’t be a better Daenerys. She has had great chemistry with both Jason Momoa and Iain Glen, she delivers speeches in Dothraki and Valyrian (MADE UP LANGUAGES!) with ease and, most importantly, she captures Dany’s…

think HARD about that: not only did they white-wash Katniss, they EXPLICITLY PROHIBITED WoC TO AUDITION FOR THE ROLE OF KATNISS. Smells like blatant racism.
